+++ IGNEA IS NOT ABLE TO TOUR DUE TO MARTIAL LAW IN UKRAINE
Unfortunately, just a few days before the start of the tour, we received the news that IGNEA will not be able to join the dates because of the new changes to martial law in Ukraine!
We are deeply sorry—we have worked for months to have them with us on this tour, but unfortunately, we are living in crazy times.
We hope to reunite with them on another tour soon, and we ask you to support them!
Below is IGNEA’s official statement.
"It is with heavy hearts that we announce IGNEA will not be able to join the much-anticipated tour with Temperance and Induction.
As you may know, since 2022, Ukrainian men have not been able to leave the country freely due to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Over the past several years, we have been able to tour with special approvals from the Ministry of Culture. Every tour and festival required a lengthy and complex documentation process, so it was never easy. But until now, everything had worked out.
Just a few days ago, we were still planning the tour—arranging logistics, recording video invitations, and looking forward to meeting you all at the shows.
However, as of yesterday, the government abruptly stopped issuing approvals for any Ukrainian artists to cross the border. The authorities will be working on a new procedure, which will likely take several months.
To say that we are devastated would be an understatement. We’re absolutely gutted to disappoint our fans, promoters, and our colleagues from Temperance and Induction, whom we were so excited to meet as soon as next week.
Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control. Even in peaceful countries, artists face visa rejections, health issues, and other unforeseen circumstances. Let’s not forget that our country has been at war for three years, making everything even more unpredictable for us.
We ask for your understanding in this difficult situation. If you purchased tickets to see IGNEA, we hope you will still attend the shows and enjoy the performances of Temperance, Induction, and the replacement band(s).
And if you’d like, we’d love for you to give IGNEA’s music a spin today — whether on digital platforms, CD, or vinyl.
